Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon and Capers

This was a total experiment, I was using things I had and came up with what is potentially, my new favorite cauliflower recipe! Super easy and very delicious! Give this one a try…I dare you!

1 head of cauliflower, chopped into flowers

½ small jar of capers

1 lemon, squeezed

Olive oil

Garlic salt

Fresh black pepper

Throw all ingredients onto a baking sheet and toss to coat. Put in a 375 degree oven until the tips start to brown and the cauliflower is tender; about 45 minutes. Enjoy!!!
