Our friends over at Parker Sanpei have let us in on the scoop for the International Chardonnay Symposium coming up next May. If you’ve been to this event, you know how hard it rocks…if you haven’t been to this event, you need to get there. I don’t care if you’re like me and you love Chardonnay, or if you’re like the “others” and you don’t love it, this is the perfect opportunity for you to get to know the whole gamut of what Chardonnay can be. The International Chardonnay Symposium

May 12-14, 2016

An International Gathering of Good Taste

WHAT: The 2016 International Chardonnay Symposium line-up features a grand tasting, educational seminars and panel sessions, winemaker dinners and plenty of opportunities to talk Chardonnay with industry leaders and fellow enthusiasts. Join producers from around the world as they share their knowledge and appreciation for the world’s favorite grape and its impact on viticulture, tastemakers and the market. In conjunction with The Symposium, many Central Coast wineries and businesses will offer special promotions and events to complete the experience.

                        WHO: Consumer events for 21-and-over. Media and trade are welcome to attend.

                        WHEN:Thursday-Saturday, May 12-14, 2016

                        MAIN EVENT:  Saturday, May 14, 2016

VIP Admission, 1 PM, $100
