We’ve eaten from the Cubanissimo Food Truck before and it was delicious. They have since opened a café in Orcutt that you should check out if you’re in that neck of the woods. We recently caught up with their food truck again at Barrelhouse Brewing here in Paso Robles.
Here’s what we ate:
CUBANO SANDWICH: Marinated Pork, Ham, Swiss Cheese, Mustard & Pickles on Cuban Bread with Yuca Fries
BEEF PICADILLO: Cuban Ground Beef in a Tomato-based Sauce
The food was great, as usual. This was our first time having the Beef Picadillo and man, it was the bomb!!
The husband and wife team behind Cubanissimo, Arqui and Chrystal Trenado, are awesome folks. And Chrystal happens to be Annie’s cousin!
Check them out when you get a chance, either the food truck or their brick & mortar café down in Orcutt. Cheers!
